As usual, this was a great read. The storyline was a little more predictable this time but Jess still kept me entertained with her craziness. I especially liked all the action she got into. There were three boys pining over her. Man, I wish I had that. ;) Anyway, it was a great book and as a reminder the series is soon going to be released under a new cover and name, Vanished. Check it out!

In this book series, the main character, Jessica was hit by lightning and was able to have a special power. She can sense where missing children are.
In this book she tells everyone that she lost her powers, because the federal government was after her. However, when a popular cheerleader goes missing, everyone blames her, even though she told everyone that she no longer had the power.
So she decides to investigate the missing cheerleader, without letting the government know that she still has her power.

It's okay. It says that it was written by Jenny Carroll, but it was actually written by Meg Cabot. She just used the name Jenny.
The plot is interesting and everything. If you like Cabot's other books, than I think that you'll like this book.

Jess is back from the summer vacations with a goal to stop being so violent and has no idea that her classmate had been killed. Everyone blames her for her lack of attention and when another classmate goes missing, Jess knows that she has to find the killer. While all this happens, Jess is getting closer to the dead girl's boyfriend and finds out some difficult information. I liked this book a lot, the whole series was very good but my favorite book was "Sanctuary." This book was a bit frightening and had many moments of suspense.
