I love, love, loved reading this book with my children! We are so big into nature and having this book as we camp, explorer, or just hang out is great.
Arborama is a book full of delightful information on North American trees, everything about them from how tall certain species get, to why they are important.
The author goes into detail about how to spot them as well. Paired with the highly detailed, yet simple illustrations, children will be able to point out different trees on short card rides.
The added educators notes were delightful, and helpful resources for classroom discussions. I see my family using this guide often in our travels, as well as our homeschool curriculum.
