FIRST BIG BOOK OF HOW is a delightfully educational book that teaches about all sorts of topics. As stated in the title, this is a very large book that covers all kinds of topics from how the body works (such as eyesight and hearing) to outer space and more.
What I loved: This is a very fun non-fiction book that makes learning so much fun. The book includes approachable text with plenty of color, photographs, and illustrations to teach kids about so many topics. Even though I could see how large this book is, I was still shocked by how many topics and pages there are - there's a bit of everything! This will work well for young elementary school aged readers who love to know about everything and enjoy looking at images. The approachable text and breadth of topics will make this work well for a variety of curious readers.
Final verdict: FIRST BIG BOOK OF HOW is an educational and entertaining book for children who love to know how things work! With a wide breadth of topics and fantastic photographs and illustrations, there's a little something for everyone's curiosity!
