This book didn't wow me at all. The ending is basically tossed at you during the first chapter and I found some parts to be quite disturbing. Her forty-year-old cousin's advances were too much for me. She was only sixteen! Gross! It seems like he only wants a kiss from her but turns out he wants much more. The romance is very cheesy being that all Judith ever thinks about is Zeke, the miller's son, who ultimately winds up being her knight in shining armor, so to speak. To sum it up: Jade Green, the ghost kills the cousin, Jade is rescued (again) by Zeke and they run off together--presumably to live together somewhere and get married. Boring. Don't waste your time with this one.
