In this book, it tells of a young boy who has to face many of lifes hardships. As a teenager myself I was greatly able to relate to this topic and found it such a trajedy. Thank god this book is out there to help other kids, such as myself, in any problems we may be having with this subject. I wouls deffinately reccommend this book to all students to read with empathy. And also to realize this could've been you.

This book was ok but since I had to read it for school I really didn't enjoy it. I felt sorry for Jay and all the millions of teens that get into stuff that Jay did. But then I started to think that if some teens read this it will make them not get into that stuff so I would want everyone to read it and I'm glad my teacher made me read it!

this was a nice and sad book... it really changed how i feel about life and how to not take it for granted and not fall for things so easily... when i first read it i couldn't drop the book down... it's as interesting as the Harry Potter series... but more dramatic and emotional... it was a realli great book and i really enjoyed it... i am also starting on the other book Go Ask Alice... it's almost the same as Jay's Journal... I give it four stars...

I thouht this book was really good. I like that Jay writes in a journal abut his life. It feels like you are talking to him in person.

This book is very compelling. jay's life and very intelligent thoughts compel you to want to learn more and more about him. His personal thoughts make you realize iother people have it worse then you. It helpeed me find myself and see all the good things I have in my life.

I thought it was really good! It helped me to see through the perspective of someone who was into witchcraft. It was really sad but it was incredible!
