MAGGIE QUINN IS determined to make her mark as a journalist. The only problem? The Ranger Report does not take freshmen on staff.

Rules are rules. But when has that ever stopped Maggie?

After facing hellfire, infiltrating sorority rush should be easy. It’s no Woodward and Bernstein, but going undercover as the Phantom Pledge will allow her to write her exposé. Then she can make a stealth exit before initiation. But when she finds a group of girls who are after way more than “sisterhood,” all her instincts say there’s something rotten on Greek Row. And when Hell Week rolls around, there may be no turning back.

If there is such a thing as a sorority from hell, you can bet that Maggie Quinn will be the one to stumble into it.

Maggie Quinn may have demon-battling experience under her belt, but shes anything but prepared when it comes to Rush week. Being a college freshman is hard, and pledging to a snotty sorority when she wants nothing more than to take it down adds to Maggies pressure. But shes determined to be a journalist and part of good journalism is going undercover to dig up stories.

If only shed known shed dig up more than a story. Who couldve known there would be an evil force at work behind the perfect smiles and peppy attitudes of her prospective sorority sisters? Well, perhaps after last years PROM DATES FROM HELL (now available in paperback), Maggie shouldve known peppy was a sign of evil.

This is a fast-paced and witty book starring a main character with a cynical personality and determination that will appeal to Buffy fans and any readers who likes just a bit of fantasy mixed in with their fiction.

A quick read with fantastic characters and a plot that never falters, this one is lively and fun from start to finish.

A highly recommended read for those with a yen for good versus evil tale in a modern day setting.
