Suze has gotten used to ghosts. They wake her up in the middle of the night. They haunt her locker at school. She's even spotted a few down at Carmel Beach. Suze is a mediator, after all, and communicating with the dead is all in a day's work for her. The last thing she ever expected was to fall in love with one: Jesse, a nineteenth-century hottie.

But when she and Paul Slater, himself a mediator of undeniable power (and dubious intent), discover that the powers they share aren't limited to helping ghosts resolve their earthly woes, but can also be used to determine whether or not they become ghosts in the first place, Suze can't help but freak. Not because she suddenly knows how to alter the course of history, but because Paul can, too. And Paul would like nothing better than to prevent Jesse's murder, keeping him from becoming a ghost and allowing him to live a natural life at last ... but in the nineteenth century. Meaning Jesse and Suze would never meet.

Suddenly, Suze is faced with the most important decision of her life: allow the only guy she's ever loved to have the life he's always longed for ... or keep him anchored forever in half-life at her side. Will Jesse choose to live without her, or die to love her?

This is the best book series I have read so far, and I find that the sixth book of the series, Twilight, is just as good as the rest of the series, if not better.  I hope that you find time to read this series.  I recommend it for kids in 6th through 8th grade.

This series is extremely addicting! The story continues with teeneage mediator Suze and her ghost boyfriend Jesse. Suze is happy that she is together with her true love but when Paul, a stubborn hottie who also has his sights set on Suze finds a way to separate Jesse from her she decides to stop him no matter what.

Now she is in a serious dilemma, stop Jesse from dying so he can live his own life which means that they will never meet or let him die at an early age and love him as a ghost.

But what does Jesse want? Find out in the final book of the Mediator series. Trust me, you should read it. And I know you will like the ending!!!

In the sixth book of the Mediator series, Suze has to protect her ghostly boyfriend, Jess, against the evil plans of fellow high school student and mediator, Paul. It is not easy and there is traveling between the fourth dimension involved. Can Suze save Jess? Or is she willing to let Jess go...?

Definitely a great book for me. Now I'm going to be addicted to the rest of the series!

I fell in love with the Mediator Series when it was under Jenny Carrol, not that I don't love Meg Cabot, at the time I was reading every princess diary book popped out at Meg Cabot factory. I have to say that I'm disappointed in this one. Before you gasp and think me insane, I have my reasons. I mean, I can't stress how enthralled I was with the original series (Pre-Haunted). This Final book was just--eh. I felt that the story was crammed into this last one, just to end it. Paul's character seemed changed. When did Suze get her driver's license? Body snatching through time? They just seemed out of nowehere.

Yes, Ms. Cabot is the only one to know the characters she's created, but shouldn't we, the readers, know them as well as her? She conveyed them in such a way for us to understand them for four books, then change them in the last two? -- just to fit the ending? I think not.

She had led us to this moment in the previous books, and I for one am disappointed.

To me, Ms. Cabot changed their characters to end it as soon as she could, which, in the end, she did. But did she do it in a way that lived up to the rest of the series?

In my opinion: no.

Well, I have to say this must be the best ending, everything came to a close so well, I read the last couple of chapters at least 4 times. It was simply amazing, I'm pretty sure I was crying. All I can say is that this has been a wonderful series, and well, I don't regret reading anything, not even a single word.

A must read, definitely.

Why is Twilight the last Mediator bookD!!! I love this series! i wanna cry! WHY!

This totally awesome book is...well awesom! let me just tell you the important stuff.

1. Suze and Jesse are finally together(yipee!)

2.Paul still is in love with Suze.

3.Paul has found a way to keep Suze and Jesse apart by traveling back in time and keeping Jesse form dying.

4.Suze doesnt want Paul to save Jesse because then they will never meet and fall in love.

5.So Suze follows Paul to the year 1850 to stop him from saving Jesse.

The ending totally rocks! Trust me its the kind of ending that makes you want more but that totally depresses you because you know you cant have more cause its the end of the series(breath)but the ending leaves you happy and you know Jesse and Suze will always stay together. You know because of what Suzes friend Gina riminds suze of when she comes to visit, about what the psychic says about Suze being a mediator and about her only ever loving one guy and always being together. Yeah so i am happy at how it ends.

READ IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Twilight by Meg Cabot is a fabulous end to her much loved Mediaor series.
In this book, the main charactor, Suze realizes that she has the power to travel through time and change history. The problem is, so does her enemy (of sorts), Paul. And that's where the adventure begins...By the end of the book, I found myself tired (literally) by all the excitement that I had to go through.
A great read!

At first I thought the beginning was kind of boring, but as I read on, I found that I loved it! Of course! Anything by the fabulous Meg Cabot. This is the 6th book in the Mediator series. it's about Suze Simon and she can talk to ghosts and is suppsoed to help them go to the other side. Now she finds that she can also time travel. And she must do this to stop Jesse, her ghost boyfriend, from not being killed. Because if he's not killed in the past, she'll never be able to meet him in the future, and she truly loves him. Though this sounds wrong, she can't help her feelings for him. So much goes on in this book. Cabot's imagination is truly amazing. This is a great series. You must read them all!

as the continuation of the mediator series it does not disappoint the name of Meg Cabot, the infamous Paul Slater tries his most desperate attempt to win the heart of Susannah Simon the only other 'shifter' he knows aside from his grandfather. only problem is is Jesse, the ultra-hot ghost who used to live in suze's bedroom, naturally they are (in Father Dom's words)'an item'. of course Suze hates Slater and sneaks off to make out in her mom's car a few times with Jesse. then there's the catch, Slater tries to prevent Jesse from being murdered by traveling back in time to the 1800s.

Will Paul succeed in his dasterdly plans? Will Suze save herself from heartbreak? Will Slater have another brawl with Jesse? Will Jesse end up marrying Maria in the past? Will Suze get a date for the dance? TO FIND OUT, READ THE BOOK!!!!!
