Frank Anthony Polito

Frank Anthony Polito is a New York City-based writer. Published novels include “Band Fags!” (2008 “Best Fiction” — InsightOut Book Club), “Drama Queers!” (2009 Lambda Literary Award), “Remembering Christmas” (2011, featuring the sequel to “Band Fags!”) and “Lost in the ’90s” (April 2012).

Frank holds an MFA in Dramatic Writing from Carnegie Mellon University, and a BFA in Theatre from Wayne State University. He grew up in the Detroit suburb of Hazel Park.
