Summary: Murder Machine is a true story of a Brooklyn gang. Dominick Montiglio was born to be in the Mafia. Life changed when he went to war. When he returned from the war he faced many physical and emotional problems. He starting having flashbacks of the war...Dominick was failing in life and decided he needed a change. His uncle inrtoduced him to the Mafia. This book shows the transition from a war hero to a Mob Hitman.

Opinion: I thoroghly enjoyed reading Murder Machine. My favorite character was Dominick Montiglio. He had so much going for him in his life. He tried do hard not to become a loan shark like his uncle but when times got tough... slowly but surely Dominick became affiliated with "that life."

Recommendation: I would definitely recommend this book to anyone age 13 and up fascinated by organized crime... If you liked the Godfather and The Sopranos... You'll LOVE Murder Machine.
