Swede Dreams by Eva Apelqvist was well-written in more ways than one. The imagery she created of locations throughout Sweden, and the beauty of the country in general, was beautiful to read, and it made me feel desperate for when I will one day be able to visit such an interesting country. I was enthralled by the way I truly enjoyed following main character Calista around Stockholm. It was great to watch the character gain more depth as she tried to find herself outside of being a twin with Suzanne, who has different aspirations and interests. All of the S.A.S.S. novels were well done, but this one stuck with me more than most. I highly recommend this novel for a worthwhile read that may just have you headed to Sweden on your next vacation!
