I've been a devoted fan of Anne Bishop since I read her Black Jewels trilogy about 4 years ago. Though the Ephemera series takes place in a totally different world than the Black Jewels books, they were just as entralling and page-turning. Epic fantasy lovers must read these books - at least try them, there isn't any harm in that. You may find yourself pleasantly addicted!
