Tangerine is a good book, most people cannot fully relate to the things that the main characters do but you can make connections. The book has to do with a kid named Paul who has always been afraid of his older brother Erik. When Paul and his family move to Tangerine, Florida Erik and Paul have confrentations for the first time in awhile. Paul is growing up, hanging with the tough guys and he's slowly learning to stick up for himself. Erik isn't the nicest guy around, paul and his family always new that. Paul has a mysterious eye injury that his parents never talk about. They told paul it's from staring at a solar eclipse when he was young. In the book Paul thinks alot about it and starts to wonder if he can trust his parents decisions and explanations.
