This is one of the best books I've ever read. If you want to read a series about middle school drama, read these books.

Massie Block is everything everyone wants to be. She has a perfect life, home, and to top it all off, she's SUPER rich. Her Clique is the ruler of Octavian Country Day School. Massie and her friends, Alica, Dylan, and Kristen, are who everyone envies the most.

Claire Lyons, new to Westchester ever since she moved away from her home in Florida, is new and is searching for acceptance. Wearing keds and overalls, she sticks out like a sore thumb, and clearly doesn't understand the concept of "high fashion." But it just so happens that Claire and her family are going to be staying in the guesthouse of a huge estate... MASSIE'S FAMILY ESTATE.

Opposites don't always attract! Will Claire and the Clique clash? Will Claire's "less than average sense of fashion" get on Massie's "high class fashion" last nerve? You'll just have to take my word..... THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS EVER, AND BOOKS #2 AND #3 ARE EVEN BETTER!

Oh my god! this is one of the best books i have ever read! From Lisi Harrison's well developed characters, to her tricky plot, it keeps you on your toes through out the whole book. I have read the whole series: The Clique, Best Friends For Never, Revenge of the Wannabes, and The Invasion of the Boy Snatchers. Also keep your eyes open for the newest addition to the Clique series, called The Pretty Committee Strikes Back Which comes out in March of 2006.

This book was totally great! It is so much fun to see these 7th grader buy all these designers like Chanel and Louis Vuitton on their credit cards like its as common as buying bubble gum. So entertaining! Any girl who loves a glimpse of what populartity is like should read this book.

this was a pretty shallow book. every one at OCD is all obsessed with how they look and they care too much about being skinny and being rich and what clothes they wear twice in the same year. it's really ridiculous how prissy they all are. they act like snobs who are too good for everyone else. and when Clair trys to fit in, Massie totally just dismisses her. if you were trying to move into Westchester, you would probably try to fit in like Clair did. and you would get the exact treatement she did.

The Clique, the title tells you a lot about what the book is about. Fours girls that live in Westchester, New York are the most popular girls at school. People know them for their money and style. Then met Claire she is the new girl from Florida. Her family is not flithy rich, she does not own a closet full of designer clothing, and that means she is not Clique material. However she is staying with her family in the guest house of Massie Block the head of the Clique. Will Massie help her or will she diss her like last month's magazine. Read and find out!

The Clique is the story of rich, prissy middle schoolers.
I opened the book excited, hoping to find a close counter part to the awesome Gossip Girl series. I soon relized I was severly mistaken. I could barely get through the first chapter of this book.
First of all the characters are about 12 years old and they act like their 20. Everyone was ungodly spoiled. All anyone did was whine about not having the latest $20,000 dollar watch or something equally outrageous.
If you want to read about a bunch of rich spoiled brats whining about what they dont have then check this out, but remember I warned you.

This book is about Claire Lyons who is moving into Massie's house. At school Massie is queen and her other three friends are too. Claire tries to be friends with this bunch.... bad idea. Read this book to find out what happens!

This book is about these four girls who make up a group called the Clique!! Massie is the head of the group and the richest!! A girl named Claire and her family moive in to Massie's guest house!! Massie is mean to Claire. In the book Claire goes to Massie's room and emails all of Massie's friends while Massie is walking her dog,Beans. Claire gets all of Massie's friends to hate Massie until close to the end that they find out Claire is the won that was emailng them! Thats all for know!!

If you're into books about the lives of popular and glamorous girls, this is totally the book for you! Read about how four girls try to ruin the life of another, but get a big surprise.
