The Kite Fighters is a great book showing the rivalry between siblings. Young-sup wanting desperately to be treated like his elder brother Kee-sup. When Young-sup is chosen to do something great his fathers response is not exactly what he wanted. When

Young-sup lets it all out on his brother his feelings are a bit of a surprise. There is jealousy, and fighting but understanding in the end and both making an unexpected friend.

This book is great, but at some parts I misunderstood what was happening. This book did not look like a good book for me at first. I was not interested in kite fighting.

As I read, it got better and better and I loved it.

This book is not for you if you are looking for an action book. This book is more about feelings and understanding your friends and siblings. Overall I think this book was pretty good.
