Review Detail
4.0 12There were several things I enjoyed about this book. I liked the adventure the two lead characters, Prosper and Bo went on together. How they watched over each other. I thought the character of the thief lord was a clever idea. A street boy who claims to be and is the leader to a bunch of street kids. He makes all the kids think he is just like all them. However, in a surprising twist, you find he is not at all like the street kids. I loved that whole premise.
My favorite part was the merry-go-round. The way the writer described it made it so real. The fact that the kids had to find the missing part that made it run was cool. What the merry-go-round does is even more amazing and truly magical.
I loved the idea, the characters and it kept me interested.
