She truly was a trailblazer of her time! But this book doesn't stop there. It shows how Ginsburg loved such things as ice cream and dancing too.

The illustrations bring life to this biography. There's a timeline at the back of her life and also important terms. The author does a great job showing that Ginsburg wasn't all serious, but includes her love of opera, dancing, and how she believed in respecting others' opinions. There's also mention of her trademark necklace she'd wear whenever she dissented during a Supreme Court ruling. Readers see not only how hard Ginsburg worked to make a way for women, but how she also believed in fighting for the rights of all.

Engaging and insightful biography of a famous Supreme Court judge whose belief in fighting against rules that treated girls differently changed the world. Totally recommend.
