The End was a great story that made the reader not want to put the book down. The reader really felt for the Baudelaire orphans and saw as the orphans went though their last adventures for the Series. At the the end the reader wants to know what happens to the orphans but now knows the way that Snicket writes and understands that it is up to the reader to make up what happened to the orphans next. I recommend this book to anyone that has made it though the other 12 books. This was one of the best in the series!

I really liked this book, but the part that really sticks out in my mind was the Chapter 14 at the end of the book. It was an interesting addition. I also liked the title of the book. It wasn't the alliteration like the rest of them.
All of Lemony Snicket's books are fantabulous, and I really liked the ending. It definately wasn't what I expected, but it was very fitting.
If you've read any of The Series of Unfortunate Events, you should definately read this one too.

I KNOW IT SAYS "THE END" ,BUT I HOPE DANIEL HANDLER (OR AS YOU MAY KNOW HIM: LEMONY SNICKET) MAKES A NEW BOOK THAT ANSWERS SOME OF MY QUESTIONS
The series and this book where really good!!But it left me with far to nany questions such as

what happened to the Quagmire triplets, fernald and fiona (also including captian widdershins)

what is the great unknown

who are the survivors of the hotel denoument

(this ones really important) what happened to the baudelares and baby beatrice?

I know it says The End, but i hope Mr. Handler (mr. Snicket) MAKES ANOTHER BOOK!

In this book the beaudelaires wash up on the shore of an island, and so does count olaf. The island is weird and the inhabitants say that everything washes up on the island how true that is...Kat washes up on the island as well and the baby is born on that island and Kat and count olaf die.... The beaudelaires find out that their parents were once the leaders of the island and were cast off the island. They also left the island when the baby was old enough. The first word the baby ever said was BEATRICE

Violet, Klaus and Sunny Baudlarie find themselves in another weird and strange place. After being caught in a storm on a ship with Count Olaf they find themselves on a strange island where nothing is as it seems. Citizens are down to there bare elements. They all wear white robes and must send all their personal possestionss to a mysterious arberatium. Everyone also only drinks coconut cordial and eats onion soup and raw fish. Even though everyone must be the same, everyone has there own secret that could tear the island apart. I reccomend this book if you have read the other Series Of Unfortunate Events Books.

When I first got this book I expected all the questions to be answered and that it would not be such an unfortunate ending. When the orphans wash up on a coastal shelf with Count Olaf they find a colony of castaways and are kindly accepted as long as they follow the rules. When they discover the dark secrets of the leader Ishmael and as a mutiny starts to cook, it is up to the Baudelaires to save themselves and the castaways.
This was a good ending though it was unsatysfying not to know everything. The Beatrice Letters really clear things up so I suggest you read it if you want to know more.

Well to end a fabulously unpleasant series, there has to be some unfortunate incidents. Once the Baudelaires, who are stuck in the same boat as Count Olaf get onto land and meet the inhabitants, they feel everything is going fine at first. The people hate Count Olaf and they are nice to the orphans, the Baudelaires even made a new friend named Friday. Unfortunatley, things go wrong, as they always do. The leader of the people has an ability to persuade the others to do whatever he wants and is able to take away their possessions. He also knows something about the Baudelaire's parents and their shocking past....

This book is the end of a series of books about the Baudilare orfans, and their evil uncle, Count Olaf.
Count Olaf does one mean deed after another. All of the books have sad sounding titles probably because of this, but don't let that stop you from reading thim, all of Mr. Snickets books are great.

I enjoyed the book The End, by Lemony Snicket. I felt that the end of each chapter left me wanting to read more. I really enjoyed this, it is sad that this is the last book in The Series of Unfortuante Events.

This book is sure to become a classic. The first books are kinda slow but this one was the most memaral book of them all. I have read all his books and it's really sad that the end is no longer coming, it's no longer near, and i hate to say it but the end is hear! Even though he says that the end is here I will keep hopeing that he makes a new book.
