Dealing with emotions isn't fun while going through your preteen years. Just 2 months ago I lost my Great- Grandfather and he really was great. He knew so much, was always happy. Nothing was really wrong with him except for a slight hearing problem. But one day his heart gave out on him.

I was really sad untill my mom gave me this book. I read it and relized I wasn't the only one who had lost someone and that sometimes when you lose someone you have to understand it was their time and they were ment to go to the better place their at.

This book will help you get through your preteen years so you better read it!

This second Chicken Soup for kids book will help preteens through the rough years. Youll again read from real kids and celebrity cameo writers. It will excite you and youll enjoy it.


Some celebrities who write in it are N-Sync, Kenan Thompson, Mia Hamm, and others. Issues kids will deal with are first kisses, crushes, deaths in family, and other topics. Youll hear the stories all the kids have to tell through the writing in Jack Canfield, Mark Victor Hansen , Patty Hansen, and Irene Dunlaps for Chicken Soup for Preteen Soul.


Chicken Soup for the Preteen Soul is recommended for kids ages 10 and up. I will give it 3 stars because the messages are good, but sometimes they are really innocent and pure. If you enjoy reading this novel, try any other Chicken Soup books on audiotape (or CD if they have those today) and approach the teen Chicken Soup books and journals for wise support and motivation.
