The book contains clear, easy to follow directions and drawings of all the ingredients and processes to result in the right products, for each of multiple experiments featured.
Not only do youngsters learn how to make their own colorful slime, a bouncy egg, and make ice cream in a bag, among other activities, but they find out why these cool experiments work and the chemistry behind them.

Children will love the idea of wearing a lab coat, goggles, and coming up with their own mad scientist name!
