MOVE (ME TIME!) is a cute board book that shows children acting out all kinds of movements with sound words. For instance, there is a child riding a bike, asking how fast they can go (whoosh), and another is a child doing a balance beam and asking whether they will reach the end (wobble).

What I loved: This is a fun, varied board book with lots of different actions being performed. Each page features a child doing some kind of activity with sound words and a question related to their activity. The children are diverse and shown on white backgrounds which helps little readers to focus in on what they are doing.

The differing activities shown throughout may spark imaginations for their own play but also aid with short attention spans, as there is no story to follow. The font is clear and easy to read, and the sound words add to the auditory fun of the story.

Final verdict: MOVE (ME TIME!) is a cute board book of activities that young readers will enjoy. With simple illustrations and diverse children and activities, this is a fun pick for short attention spans.
