What I Liked: This book does a great job at simplifying the process of collecting fossils and how discoveries are made. The illustrations do a great job in complementing the story as they portray realistic images of the process while also being engaging for young children. This book does a fantastic job of showcasing the scientific process as it begins with a question and then attempts to answer that question with a story. It takes you through each step that the paleontologists went through to learn more about the dinosaur that they had just encountered.
