What I loved: This is such a great introduction to oil pastels. Not knowing much about them myself, I found myself learning about the cool techniques alongside my child. There is much to learn in the book, and then plenty of ways to put it in action. The thick coloring sheets include lots of fun designs of animals, word art, and more. They are perforated, so it is easy to take them out and display, but they also include a tissue sheet protector if children want to leave them in the book. Children could take these lessons and then create other fabulous works with oil pastels. There is much to learn and explore that would definitely spark hours of fun in artsy little ones.
