ROW, ROW, ROW YOUR BOAT is a simple, cute board book. The book includes the lines of the song alongside images of adorable babies playing.

What I loved: The book is short but works very well for infants and young toddlers. The pages turn quickly along with the words to the song, and adorable illustrations give little ones something to look at while they listen along. The song includes the familiar refrain along with a couple others that bring a twist to the classic. The images go along with it well and expand imaginations alongside the babies shown. The diversity of children shown is fantastic throughout.

What left me wanting more: As a small thing, the line about screaming if you see a crocodile will work better for some families more than others. It will probably go over babies' heads in terms of why they would scream, but some toddlers may be more sensitive to this.

Final verdict: Overall, ROW, ROW, ROW YOUR BOAT is a cute board book that expands on the classic song.
