This tale starts when Overachiever Maya's parents decide to leave their Thai restaurant and leave Maya in charge, positive that she will keep it under control.




Then, exhausted after a long day of work, they decide not to clean one evening. And with their bad luck, the next day their restaurant recieves a surprise visit from a health inspector, leaving her with a huge fine which there's no way she can pay. But no way she can let her parents know either.


Her financial crisis, leads her to team up with the goodlooking and popular Camden.



Maya's smarts and Camden's connections (*ahem* to needed cutomers*)cause them to create an immense cheating ring. And while it starts small, it only gets bigger as Maya's friends get involved and Maya and Camden find themselves in a romatic ensnarement.




She's So Money will entice teens, cause them to laugh out loud and anticipate Cherry Cheva's next book. I recommend this to all teen girls who enjoy a fresh realistic heroine.
