Carolina Livingston, also known as Nine, is a senior in high school. Like she's anything special. Really, how many of those do you know. Well, there is that one little thing that makes her totally different from the average teenage girl. Her secret. And she can't even tell her best friend, Schuyler. What would he think or her if he knew her secret. It'd be unbearable. So she keeps it to herself. Which is a good choice, considering the fact that it's illegal. So what if the man she loves is her teacher? It's not just a little crush that she'll get over. Her loves her back, so what could go wrong? How about...everything.

I absolutely love this book. And the cover is gorgeous too which is always a nice bonus. I think that Teach Me is one of those books that every teenage girl should read. You get really attached to the characters, Nine especially, and you feel like what she does is totally justified. I had absolutely no problem with her actions whatsoever.

Teach Me was written by R. A. Nelson. I have yet to discover what the R and the A actually stand for. If you like this book you may want to check out this author's other books. There are a few but I haven't read them yet. They're on my never-ending list.

This book is defferent. It tells the story of a teen who falls for er teacher and he falls right back. They are so happy together, everything they do has to remane secret. Then disaster strikes. The teacher's ex comes back into the picture and he has to break it off with the love of his life. She is already obsessed with him and cant seem to leave him alone, she did lose her virginity to him after all. It's a great story that will leave you with a feeling of closure.

Love, obsession, and revenge all come together in this dizzying and sensuous tale. In her senior year of high school, Carolina Nine Livingston falls hard for her new English teacher, the beautiful, poetry-loving Mr. Mann, who quotes Emily Dickinson all the time. Mr. Mann makes Nine feel things she didnt even know she could feel, and she believes that the two of them will one day live together, marry, and go on their dream honeymoon.

Then a sudden announcement from Mr. Mann changes everything. Nine is left floundering in a world thats suddenly too big and too small at the same time. Her emotions spiral out of control and she can hardly control them, eventually endangering the lives of Mr. Mann, her best friend, and even herself. When will she learn to stop just doing and to start thinking?

TEACH ME is poetic and scary and reminds me a lot of Laurie Halse Andersons Speak. The characters stayed with me long after I had put down the book. Everything in Nines world feels eerily real; you will feel like screaming at her for her actions while at the same time feeling her hurt. The author has done a beautiful, near-perfect job of portraying a devastating affair between student and teacher. If you are not faint-hearted, then pick this book up.

this is a book about a girl who is very science articulated. everything has a reason. but when she falls deeply in love with her english teachers, it not only violates all that is in the rules, but her very own way of living. she goes through many many firsts with him only to find that he is getting married. she goes through horrible horriible pain and seems as if she's going insane. the question is. will the pain ever stop? the book was wonderful. i bought it on a limb and i am so glad i did. it was absolutly wonderful.
