Tova's Sweet Solution is a great book for kids with allergies to feel less alone and to give them encouragement that there are delicious things that they can eat.

With determination and creativity at it's core, children will follow Tova's story and see that they are not alone with their own food challenges.
I love the heart that the author has put into the writing. You get to see Tova's parents and big sister help come up with solutions, even if they aren't totally delicious.

I was having Goldilocks and Three Bears moments with many of the scenes. The art and color palette are very charming and fairytale like, brightening up a frustrating topic. Lise-Anne does a wonderful job capturing facial expressions that will captivate all readers.


Tova's Sweet Solution is a great read for those who always have to think about what goes in their foods, giving one a fresh way to approach it.
