WE DRIVE MILK TANKERS is an engaging nonfiction picture book, perfect for truck lovers! This book helps readers to explore the trucks that are used to deliver milk with photographs and key facts about the process and composition of the tankers.

What I loved: This is such an engaging and fun book that truck lovers will adore! The use of photographs is fantastic, giving young readers plenty of real tankers to visually explore on each page. The writing is simple and approachable, laying out the facts about the tankers during the milk transport process. While this works well for budding independent readers, it also works fantastically well for toddlers who appreciate the simplicity of language and easy-to-follow phrasing. There is lots of cool information about milk tankers with some new facts that even I did not know as an adult. Backmatter includes a glossary and index that are great for additional learning and exploring.
