The adventure takes its author/ illustrator to the fair and gives the child plenty of leeway to make the adventure a very personal one. The child gets to input the various smells, sounds, tastes, colors, sights, and more that he/she takes in at the fair. Its truly a lot of fun!

My Adventure at the Fair could easily be used as a combined Art/Language Arts project for emergent writers. This book could also be used in classrooms to teach the use of adverbs and adjectives. It is sure to enhance your student or childs natural creativity!

My Adventure at the Fair could just as easily be used by parents seeking to help their child create a memorable keepsake to hand down from one family member to another family member for generations to come. I particularly enjoyed the gypsy fortune teller, the giant slide, and the fireworks sections of this book. Of course, the puppet show was fun and so were the bumper cars. Oh, and the food! Delicious! You see, I enjoyed My Adventure at the Fair from start to finish, now that I really think about it.

My Adventure at the Fair is definitely worth every penny of its more than affordable price. It will take your child on an adventure, enhance your childs creativity, and nurture your childs reading and writing skills. Whats the best part? Your child wont even realize that its a learning/teaching tool! He/she will just relish the adventure of writing his/her very own book!
