THE UNDERWEARWOLF is a picture book for young children following a young boy on the night of the full moon. When he disregards the warning that came with his new pair of underwear, he finds out why he should never wear that specific pair when it’s a full moon.

This book is just a fun time. It follows the young boy on his adventures through the town after he’s been shifted into an underwearwolf. There’s chaos and humor and even bonding. With a very light-hearted feel and some fun humor, it’s a very pleasant read for young children who just want something nice and fun to read at night.

The artwork matches the tone of this book very well. It’s well-done with clean lines and nice colors, but there’s also a sort of roughness to the images that fits in perfectly with the story. The backgrounds are given outlines but not details which helps the scenery feel full even if we’re only focused on a specific part of it.

THE UNDERWEARWOLF is a fun read for young children just looking for something a bit goofy. A simple story about a boy and a special pair of underwear, it tells the story of one night and the shenanigans the boy gets up to.
