Growing up means both exploring new things and knowing it's more than okay to get some help. In this story, a little kid explains the activities and chores they get to do, and how mom and dad lend a hand. Building with blocks is a one person job, but to make a super cool castle, that's something that needs help.

This book encourages kids to be proud of their growing skills and to empower them to ask for help. Even as adults, some things can't be done all alone, and the small, everyday interactions in this story are a positive example of the effectiveness and fun to be found in working as a team.

The paper craft art style is super fun and unique and full of details to enjoy after all the words are read (there's a quick 1-2 sentences per page).

Pick this up for a story full of love and a family doing what they like best - spending time together.
