Banagrams for Kids is a word-puzzle activity book with a range of difficulty spread across 18 puzzle types. Although for kids, this is not a how-to-read book. Banana levels 1-3 are geared toward an older elementary audience, and some of the level fours even had me scratching my head.

Some of the puzzles include word scrambles, cross words, homophone games, anagrams, and more. There's an answer key in the back and color printing throughout. The blank spaces and letter boxes in the puzzles are too small to fill with actual bananagram tiles, which seems like a missed opportunity, but they're plenty large enough to write in answers.

Pick this up to practice word game skills and pass time in the waiting room or at the kitchen table

(Note, there is an older version of this book with the same title and a smiling banana on the front. It appears to be listed under the same name on retail sites, and it's not clear if the new monkey cover edition has all new puzzles.)
