Cool Women is a factual and informative non-fiction book that is perfect for reports. It was on the 1999 Books for the Teenager List by New York Public Library and was nominated by the ALA for one of the Best Books for Young Adults of 1998. I've used it many biographies myself.
Cool Women features Evita, Georgia O'Keeffe, Joan of Arc, Mae West, Babe Didrikson, and other women. This book includes vibrant color, beautiful photos, and intriguing quotes. Cool Women has so much information and will be helpful.
I enjoyed reading Cool Women and will continue using it in my work. My favorite fact is that the birth of Little Ricky in I Love Lucy was more watched than Eisenhower's inauguration. Check it out today!
