My First Disney Pal: Donald Duck uses original art from Carl Barks to introduce young readers to Donald Duck. This book visits some of Donald’s most memorable moments including times with Mickey Mouse, Daisy Duck, and his three nephews.

What I Liked: This book begins by introducing you to Donald Duck and then goes into his relationships with various people. We get to see the activities that he enjoys with all of his family and friends. The vibrant illustrations and expandable pages do a great job of keeping young reader’s attention and encouraging them to read the stories on their own as well.

Final Verdict: My First Disney Pal: Donald Duck is an exciting and entertaining board book that’s perfect for introducing young children to Donald Duck. Children will enjoy the thrilling moments that are shared throughout this book and the mishap that Donald gets up to with his family and friends.
