There's a lot more to Santa's job than meets the eye. After all, he knows more about kids and about toys than anyone else in the world. In this adorable book, we find that Santa spends a lot of time researching children: He chats with many, watches others, has magical ways to connect with some, takes notes, organizes his research . . .well, it's an enormous job. However, "Nothing makes him happier."
And yet, that's just the beginning of the thought and care that go into the big guy's job. After all, he must test out all those toys to make sure they're fun and sturdy. Then he needs to match the proper toy to the perfect kid.
This is a must-have holiday book with a delightful story, chock-full of Frazee's trademark charming and humorous illustrations. Each time I look through it, I find more to admire. For example: just how many pairs of shorts does Santa have?
