Detective Cluehound and Sergeant Squirrel are looking forward to Easter. Detective Cluehound has created a lovely Easter basket, but it is then snatched by the Easter Bunny! Will he get it back?
What I Liked: The illustrations are great and I think that kids would love the mad dash across town that Detective Cluehound and Sergeant Squirrel have to make to get the basket back.
What Left Me Wanting More: It is definitely a quick read, but some kids do have shorter attention spans and it would be a good book to help younger kids learn to read.
Final verdict: a charming book with some great images that will have children giggling. I would recommend it.
