SUKI CAT: DINOSAUR is a fun new Suki book where Suki Cat becomes a dinosaur and must help a lost dino find his father. The book features interactive elements to push, pull, and slide along the way.

What I loved: This book is particularly delightful for its interactive elements with panels to pull out and small sliders to make things move and change. Toddlers will love getting to participate in the storytelling by moving things in the book. The illustrations are likewise bright, colorful, and detailed which is great for little readers who will enjoy exploring each scene. The recognizable character of Suki Cat is also great for this age, as children can appreciate the continuity and repeated elements from different books.

The plot here is simple and the text is brief but with great rhymes. It makes the pages turn quickly, problems resolve fast, and sounds great to the ears. This works very well for toddlers. Sensitive readers may find the lost dino a little scary, but they find the father very quickly.

Final verdict: SUKI CAT: DINOSAUR is a delightful interactive board book for children who love dinosaurs and playing with their imagination.
