Things are falling apart but never fear, Supergran! Comes to save the day. Each colorful illustration provides details to peruse over and the fun rhyming on each page makes for a speedy read. This is a great book celebrating the wonderful grandma in these children’s lives. She can help around the house, accomplish chores, and make it fun. If you have a grandma like this then call her up and remember to thank her for all the wonderful things she does to hold down the fort when backup is needed. I like how at the back of the books there are suggestions on things you can do with or for your own special grandma to make memories and show her how special you think she is which is a nice touch to the story. Overall, a cute book celebrating the special grandma in your life. The only caution I would have is choosing to read this book in front of a group of children unless you know that they also have supportive grandparents in their own lives. However, for a book at home, this is a fun read.
