Twin witches Delia and Ophelia prepare to cause trouble in the neighborhood on Halloween. They cook up a brew to ruin Halloween. When they add their secret ingredient--smelly socks--something else falls in and foils their plans. Will Ophelia and Delia's Halloween end as planned?
I love the artwork in this picture book. To my untrained eye, the illustrations look like they are made of felt or layered papers. A very pretty book!
