Simona has lost her broomstick. With an ogre on the loose, she is desperate to find it. As she searches everywhere, the ogre is closing in. Can she find it in time?
What I Liked: This is a fun story that younger kids will enjoy. Simona seems to be a little bit forgetful and losing her broomstick seems to be a habit. She spends the book fleeing the ogre, only to find out he is trying to help her! I think kids will enjoy that twist.
What Left Me Wanting More: i would have liked the story to be a bit longer or to learn a little more about Simona, but it is a great quick read.
Final Verdict: A fun read for young kids who like spooky characters and stories. The images are eye catching and tell the story well. Great for Halloween.
