Frankie & Friends: The Big Protest is a sequel that delves into important aspects of journalism in an age-appropriate way for early elementary readers. Frankie sees people protesting on the news and at first is afraid but her family teaches her the basic concept of a protest in general terms. She explores the idea of a protest and the knowledge of how to be a reporter like her mom to act out her news broadcast with her stuffed animals.
