HELLO YOU! is a cute picture book about making friends and ways to break the ice. Featuring lots of cute animals, bright colors, and large word art, this book is a simple concept that comes across in a sweet way. The book suggests all sorts of fun ways to say hello and make new friends, such as handshakes, asking them to dance/groove, or sharing lunch with them.

This is a simple but adorable concept, and the bright colors and animals make reading it a delightful experience. The text is written with light rhymes, but it misses the mark with the rhythm in a few places that makes some of them a little awkward to read. However, I did really like the nice and large font throughout that makes it easy to read from a distance.
