In this ode to mothers, the poetry is filled with fun rhymes and silly scenarios of kids doing their best to celebrate mom. I like the inclusive way the book starts by telling all the words for moms from around the world as well as the pictures that highlight several different families. I can see a teacher reading this book to the class before choosing some arts and crafts or making cards before Mother’s Day. Overall, this is a fun book filled with great rhymes around the positive theme of celebrating Mom.
