My 9 year old loves this series and this book. She always gets a kick out of reading one of Dan Gutman's books and her go-to series is the My Weird School books. I loved that this one included puzzles and trivia for a more active reading experience. I think the characters are whimsical and funny. The illustrations are amusing and very appealing to kids.

I highly recommend this series to for any and all children. Even if your kid "doesn't like to read", they will surely enjoy this series.
