ROCK AND ROLL is a delightful picture book about friendship. Rock and Roll may seem very different, but they have plenty in common and make great friends!

What I loved: This is perfect for toddlers - the simplicity of the text and illustrations combined with the adorable characters makes for a charming read! There are only a few words/phrases on each page, which keep the pages turning quickly. The opposites/similarities are perfect for young readers who are beginning to understand categories and characteristics. The adorable characters on each page keep the story in focus and make for sweet images throughout.

This was a quick favorite in our house, and my toddler could not get enough! The text is easy to read throughout and fun to listen to. Combined with the adorable illustrations, this was a fast and delightful read that we could enjoy together. The ultimate message about friendship, and especially being able to find similarities when you seem different, was great for this age group as well.
