Scout is an ant. He lives in an anthill overlooking Half Moon Bay, and one day his colony comes upon a mysterious item in the grass. The item turns out to be a jar of honey. Ants love honey, but the only way that the ants can get at the honey is if they devise a brilliant plan, which Scout does. Together, the ants work together to get at the sweet prize. I really loved this book, and I would recommend it to anyone who likes good books.
