This book is written by Bethany Hamilton and is mainly about her life as a surfer before and after a shark bit her arm off. It tells of her courage and determination at age 13 when the attack happened and how she learned to cope afterwards. She loses her arm but not her strong faith in God and even continues surfing! Absolutely incredible, it shows you can get over almost any obstacle in life.
