Emma and her family live for Valentine's Day. It is in their name after all. This year, Emma gets to help her family prepare cards, balloons, and chocolates for their shop they own. But helping out is harder than Emma was expecting because she's still a bit too little.
When Emma thinks there's no way she can help out, she discovers a puppy. He's homeless and hungry, so Emma takes him in and asks if she can keep him. She names him Eek and that's when an idea hits her. Everyone needs love on Valentine's day, including pets.
Final Verdict: This was a really cute Valentine's Day story that my daughter loved. It teaches that even though you're small, there's still ways to help out. Nothing's impossible. I would recommend this for the upcoming Valentine's Day season and for those children who want to help out. It's also good for those fans of dogs.
