Thank you to Bob Shea, Jarvis and FSC for a copy of Oh, Are You Awake? I don't give away spoilers in my reviews.
I love reviewing books for children. I give the books to a friend who is a SLP for Infant to Three (speech therapy) and she uses the books in her practice.
Oh, Are You Awake? is a story about two friends - a penguin who sleeps and a lion who doesn't want to sleep. The artwork is colorful and cute for children. The story of the tired little penguin being woken up constantly and repeatedly by the awake lion was very sweet and would make for a good bedtime story.
I like the larger size of the book, the thicker paper used and the adorable artwork.
