What I Liked: I think this is a great way to show young kids what other cultures are like and teach them that while others may speak a different language or dress in a different way, we are all the same at heart.
What Left Me Wanting More: The illustrations are simple but effective. I would have liked to see a little more about the local traditions and learned a few more words of Arabic, but it is a great start for kids.
Final Verdict: This is an educational and informative book that helps kids to understand other cultures. Curious kids will love learning new words and this may lead to further learning. In today's world, it is more important than ever to embrace other cultures and work toward better relationships. I would definitely recommend this book.
