Perfect for fans of Mo Willems. This Early Reader provides a controlled vocabulary to help new readers gain confidence while reading a book that feels substantial. It is humorous throughout as the mighty wind blows items off the page and a ghost scares everyone (including itself), but a fairy helps them all return for a bit of fun at the end. The story is broken into 3 chapters so a young reader can take a break or keep going and all the stories connect to each other. I love the use of dialogue boxes and the fun illustrations to keep readers engaged to the end and ready for the next in the series! Great for toddlers, preschoolers, and early readers.
